Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to handle front-desk operations, coordinate meetings, manage communications, and support daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors.
  • Schedule and organize meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents.
  • Support management and staff with projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in administration is an advantage.
