We are seeking a highly organized and personable Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist with various projects as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
