Secretary

NOTE : This role will be based at our office in Ruwais Industrial City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are looking for a proactive Secretary to join our team and provide administrative and clerical support for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects within the oil and gas sector.

Your Role

As a Secretary , you will

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the EPC project team
• Prepare, format, and manage project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain project files, records, and databases
• Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Handle travel arrangements, schedules, and calendar coordination for project managers
• Assist in tracking project deliverables, deadlines, and communication flows
• Manage office supplies, logistics, and general clerical tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant (preferably in EPC, engineering, or oil & gas projects)

Education:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with document control systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
