We are looking for a Secretary to support the management in managing daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Follow up, Coordinate with internal teams
  • Draft emails and handle documentation
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and trackers

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively
  • Experience in construction/contracting industry is a plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Secretarial/Admin: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
