We are looking for a Secretary to support the management in managing daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Follow up, Coordinate with internal teams
- Draft emails and handle documentation
- Maintain records and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination
- Maintain organized records, logs, and trackers
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively
- Experience in construction/contracting industry is a plus
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Secretarial/Admin: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
