Key Responsibilities:

  • Email and Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage the CFO's inbox, prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Document Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare, proofread, and finalize a variety of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the CFO, including managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and other ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Mandatory Experience: Proven previous experience working as a Secretary or Executive Assistant is essential.
  • Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and Reliable: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a reliable, diligent work ethic.
