MISPL Telecom is looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to support office operations at our DHA Multan site. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling tender documents, client correspondence, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tender documents
  • Handle email correspondence with clients and vendors
  • Maintain client and office records
  • Assist management with daily administrative and coordination tasks

Requiredments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Secretary or Office Coordinator
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
