Secretory to Director

Role Summary:

The Assistant to the Director provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director. The role also includes basic IT coordination to ensure smooth use of office systems and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.

Coordinate with departments and follow up on tasks.

Provide basic IT support, managing digital files, and assisting with office systems.

Handle confidential information with professionalism.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per hour
