Job Identification

We are looking for a Security Associate to be part of our Security Team in Karachi.


What We Expect

  • Provide daily supervision of all security staff including site supervisors, security guards, female patrollers and CCTV operators.
  • Act as an interface between the plant management and Corporate Security and amicably resolve any issues on site.
  • Act as Lead Security Liaison/Communicator with CCI Leadership and Management - Maintain regular communications with CCI Senior Management through periodic meetings, regular updates on security issues or events relevant to business operations, acquiring buy-in from the management and staff on new initiatives, and regular trainings on safety and security skill sets.
  • Record all data relevant on-site security operations and submit daily reports as per agreed format.
  • Function as the security lead of the territory on all security related issues and matters.
  • Function as the security lead for Incident Response Management on behalf of Corporate Security.
  • Conduct and coordinate security training to Guard Force and CCI staff as per the direction of Corporate Security.
  • Handling of monthly invoices & maintaining data pertaining to the security company (such as HR files).
  • Management of CCTV system on 24/7 basis. Remain in continuous engagement with OM / management for mitigation of non-functional cameras. Access to see CCTV footage must be with prior written permission from CSM and CCTV Room and cameras must be on UPS as well, for uninterrupted operation.
  • Ensure, fire alarm panel is installed in the room and must be manned 24/7.
  • Ensure equipment functionality, provided by PSS, any issue must be escalated for immediate rectification.BI-Monthly inspection of all weapons through security vendor company.
  • Monthly Firefighting training of all guard force and Security Equipment - Alternate Power Supplies must be ensured.
  • Ensure effective patrol system in the plant and quality reporting of safety non-compliance at the workplace. Stopping the activity on spot and reporting the safety non-compliances to management and H&S for mitigation.
  • Compile the weekly report and share with security manager for consolidation of report for the management.
