Manager Command & Control Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing overall operations of Command & Control Centre by ensuring flawless 24/7 CCTV monitoring and surveillance
• Supervise, schedule and manage shifts of Control Room Officers
• Responsible for timely resolution of customers and tenants’ queries.
• Acting as a bridge between Operations, Security, Fire Safety and other concerned functions
• Responsible for swift response during emergency situations
• Review, improvise and executive SOPs, Protocols and other guidelines for Control Room Operations
• Identify training needs in coordination with HR for capability development of Control Room employees
• Ensure immediate detection, logging, escalation and resolution of incidents
• Monitoring and management of Fire/evacuation drills
• Ensuring all CCTV and Surveillance equipment are operational at all times

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with 2-3 years in supervisory role
• Proven track record of CCTV monitoring, access control and incident reporting
• Strong people management and observational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
