  • Lead and supervise the site security team, including third-party security contractors.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high standards of vigilance and professionalism.
  • Oversee access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), and alarm systems.
  • Conduct regular security audits and physical site inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation protocols and crisis management procedures.
  • Assess potential security threats, risks, and vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, or violations, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal departments during incidents or emergencies.
  • Ensure all security operations are in compliance with local regulations, national security standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security status, incidents, and audit findings to senior management.
  • Track and analyze security-related KPIs, such as incident rates and response times, to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Work closely with management, human resources, and other departments to align security procedures with operational needs.
  • Conduct security awareness training for all site employees and contractors.
  • Manage budgets for security operations and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
