Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management & Supervision

• Supervise and lead the security team to ensure effective coverage across all areas.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and monitoring of security systems.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for security staff.

Gate Management & Access Control

• Control and monitor inward and outward movment of employees, visitors,vehicles and raw material.
• Oversee gate operations, ensuring smooth entry and exit of employees, guests, and vendors.
• Implement and enforce access control policies, including ID verification and visitor passes.
• Check & verify gate passes for materials leaving/entering the premises

Record Keeping & Register Maintenance

• Maintain accurate logs of visitor entries, vehicle movements, and security incidents.
• Ensure registers and digital records are updated and securely stored.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.

Working Conditions

• Work primarily on-site with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected situations.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company security policies and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate emergency drills and safety awareness programs.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the liaison between management, employees, and external agencies.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency services, and vendors when needed.
• Provide clear instructions and updates to the security team during routine and emergency situations.

Guest & Vendor Hospitality

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and vendors with professionalism.
• Ensure hospitality standards are maintained while enforcing security protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries and vendor coordination with courtesy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security supervision or retired JCO/SJCO preffered.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
