Role Objective
To supervise security operations and personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and facilities at all times, while maintaining a secure and disciplined working environment for the security team.
Core Responsibilities

Apply and monitor security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards while delivering high-quality service.

Prepare the security manpower distribution plan and manage the team vacation schedule.

Maintain accurate and consistent attendance and shift records.

Supervise security personnel during the assigned shift and ensure the quality of work is maintained.

Handle and control emergency situations (e.g., fire incidents, behavioral issues, medical emergencies) in line with approved emergency response procedures.

Maintain a professional image that reflects positively on the department and the organization.

Monitor security patrol vehicles and conduct regular checks on posts and patrol routes.

Maintain records for visitors and all security equipment.

Ensure all guards report to duty in full uniform and meet readiness requirements.

Supervise the shift activities and work of security contractors, providing formal and informal feedback to ensure compliance with required standards.

Train and support new security personnel.

Prepare timely and accurate reports in line with departmental and organizational requirements, policies, and standards.

Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual incident reports and security activity records.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and other parties within the operational area as required.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures to support employee safety, legal compliance, and responsible environmental practices.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications in security, facilities protection, or military/police security-related training.

ISPS-PFSO certification (required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial security, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
