Senior A/C Technician

Job description:

The Senior A/C Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and doing maintenance work with quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training certification is preferred.

He should join immediately with a cancelled visa or visit visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair split AC, package unit, VRF Unit and water-cooled FCU.
• Troubleshooting of electrical wiring issues in AC unit.
• New installation of split AC, package unit, VRF unit, and water-cooled FCU.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on AC units.
• Support and assistance of other MEP equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical failure, including lighting, power circuits, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on plumbing systems, including pumps, motors, etc.
• Ensure all work is compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an AC technician in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of AC mechanical systems and electrical systems.
• A technical degree or diploma qualification in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
• A valid UAE driving license will be an advantage for him.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
