Senior Accountant

• GST Compliance: Prepare & file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, handle e-invoicing/e-way bills, 2A/2B ITC reconciliation, RCM entries, credit/debit notes, annual GSTR-9/9C coordination.
  
• Direct Tax & TDS/TCS: Compute TDS, file 24Q/26Q, generate challans, issue Form 16/16A, track advance tax; assist in Income Tax return and tax audit working papers (26AS/AIS matching).
  
• Accounting & Closing: Ledger scrutiny, bank/vendor/customer reconciliation, provisions & accruals, GRN-to-invoice matching, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet finalization support.
  
• AP/AR Control: Ageing reports, follow-ups, settlement of claims/returns, vendor/customer statement reconciliation.
  
• Audit & Notices: Support statutory/internal/GST audits; draft replies to departmental notices on the portal with proper documentation.
  
• MIS & Controls: Prepare cash-flow, variance, and cost reports; maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation workings; improve process controls.

Requirements

Requirements

• 
  Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with solid exposure to GST & direct tax compliance.

• 
  Education: B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter preferred.

• 
  Technical Skills:

  • 
    Full GST cycle (GSTR-1/3B/9/9C, ITC rules, RCM, e-invoice/e-way bill).

  • 
    TDS/TCS (deduction, challans, returns, certificates) and business ITR workings.

  • 
    Finalization support, reconciliations, audit schedules.

• 
  Tools: Tally Prime/ERP, Advanced Excel (Pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), GST & Income Tax portals; basic understanding of ERP/MIS.

• 
  Traits: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, strong documentation, clear communication (English & Hindi), high ownership.
