- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and account finalization.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors.
- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making by management.
- Professional certification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
