Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing company in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and auditing practices. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
• Handle all accounting entries in Tally including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, TDS deduction, and return submissions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor and customer ledgers.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Assist in stock verification, costing, and other manufacturing-related accounting tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Experience in audit preparation and coordination.
• Good command over MS Excel and accounting reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
