Senior Accountant

Harmony Medical Group is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting across our medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and VAT requirements
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audits
• Review and verify financial documents and expenses
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide financial insights to management
• Supervise junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proven Senior Accountant experience, ideally in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and professionalism
