Magnum Dental Clinic is a growing dental healthcare group with 4 branches across Dubai, providing high-quality dental care and advanced treatment solutions. We are committed to delivering excellent patient care while maintaining strong operational and financial standards. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our clinics.

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial activities across all four Magnum Dental Clinic branches in Dubai. This role involves financial reporting, VAT compliance, budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial records while supporting management with financial insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT return preparation and filing.
  • Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and profitability across all branches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Track insurance payments, patient billing, and revenue reconciliation where applicable.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting processes.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Experience managing multi-branch financial operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working in dental clinics, healthcare centers, or medical groups in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing, revenue reconciliation, and healthcare financial systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
