Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone with 4–7 years of accounting experience who is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of core finance processes within a lean and fast-paced finance team.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, leading month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance to junior accounting staff where needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
• Review and process supplier invoices, payments, and expense records
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
• Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior accounting team members

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Experience with month-end close and financial reconciliations
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good to Have
