Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with company policies
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and liquidity management.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
• Monitor receivables and collections, especially for project-based billing.
• Handle supplier payments and vendor reconciliations.
• Support management with financial insights and reporting.
• Supervise junior accountants and review their work.
