Senior Accountant (Arabic and English)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional and results-driven environment.

This position requires someone who is smart, adaptable, and capable of managing different roles as needed, while upholding integrity and strong work ethics in line with the standards of top professional firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Handle collection and follow-up of client payments, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Prepare and review financial statements, VAT filings, and Corporate Tax reports.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants when required.
• Maintain organized and compliant records in line with UAE financial regulations.
• Coordinate with clients professionally, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
• Perform additional finance or administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in a Big 4 or similar environment preferred).
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE Driver’s License — must be able to travel for meetings or client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good character, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
