Senior Accountant - Factory

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Manage full-cycle accounting for real estate portfolios, including properties, leasing, service charges and revenue recognition
• Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including return filing and coordination with the FTA
• Maintain and review general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow related to real estate operations
• Handling of Post dated cheques and bank deposits
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making
