Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment execution
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, inquiries, and payment issues efficiently
• Maintain strong internal controls and support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts payable
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency within the accounts payable function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in a complex or high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, general ledger impact, and basic accounting concepts
• Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software, along with advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors
