Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization

across Meta Ads and other key platforms.

● Collaborate closely with business consultants to translate strategic goals into

actionable media plans.

● Drive data-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to

maximize campaign ROI.

● Implement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, APIs)

to ensure accurate measurement.

● Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scale

campaign performance.

● Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate

the team's capabilities.

● Continuously refine campaign playbooks and frameworks that drive client growth

and agency success.
