Senior Administrative Assistant - Capital Access Platforms (Product)

As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in enabling executive leadership to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Reporting to the EVP, Chief Product Officer for Capital Access Platforms, you'll ensure seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and light-touch support to two additional senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and organize meetings and events across global time zones.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent leadership professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project management tools.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and providing support outside standard business hours when needed.

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $64,000 - $112,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
