Experience Required: 7 to 9 years of experience
Qualification required: Edu. Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
Main Tasks
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor management framework, policies, and processes aligned with organizational procurement guidelines
- Lead IT vendor evaluation, selection, negotiation, and onboarding activities in close coordination with Central Procurement and Legal teams
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with Central Procurement team during RFP/RFQ issuance, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, and purchase order creation
- Continuously monitor vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and structured vendor review meetings
- Manage risk assessments for critical vendors and implement corrective actions when required
- Work with IT capability owners (Infra, App Dev, Security, etc.) to ensure vendor deliverables meet business and technical expectations
- Track vendor-related budgets, validate invoicing accuracy, and support Finance in expenditure reporting and optimization
- Drive innovation initiatives by encouraging strategic vendors to propose new technologies and service improvements
- Maintain a centralized repository of vendor agreements, performance reports, and ensure readiness for audits and governance reviews
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on vendor ecosystem health, compliance status, risks, and savings opportunities to IT and executive leadership
