Job Description

• 5 years’ experience in investment banking, development function or management consultancy roles with a top tier organization
• 3 years’ experience in energy utilities including renewables, power, gas or waste management organizations
• Investment Analysis : Prepare proposals and offers for customers which are comprehensive in scope and compelling in their presentation to ensure the customer sees the full value of working.
  
  

Business Development Support

• Continuously review market opportunities.
• Take part in commercial negotiations with potential clients.
  
  

Financing Support

• Support in SPV project financing, acquisition financing, and hedging strategy for Greenfield and M&A transactions on a non/limited recourse basis to optimize capital structure.
  
  

Policies & Procedures

• Follow all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  
  

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environmental attitude.
