Senior AP Specialist

We're supporting a well‑established manufacturing company in Hillsboro in their search for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys owning the AP process, and is comfortable working on‑site as part of a hands‑on, collaborative accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full‑cycle Accounts Payable, including high‑volume invoice processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate records, coding, and documentation for all transactions
• Support month‑end close activities related to AP
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payments
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls

• Strong AP experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high‑volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally
