Senior Architect

Ace Arch Architects is a dynamic architecture and interior design firm specializing in innovative, client-focused solutions. We take on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial, delivering high-quality design and turnkey solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead our design and project management teams, contributing to our legacy of architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.

- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions based on client needs and project requirements.

- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.

- Stay updated with architectural trends, building materials, and construction techniques.

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations for clients.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with both residential and commercial projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Registered/licensed architect (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sahstradhara, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
