Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced senior Architect to lead complex architectural tasks and support multi-disciplinary design integration across multiple projects. Mentor junior staff and ensure design excellence aligned with client requirements, applicable regulations, and firm standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development for multiple project components or workstreams.
• Review and ensure design compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and client’s requirements/ specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with client’s team, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Participate in project technical reviews and contribute to quality assurance.
• Develop design strategies to optimize functionality, constructability, and aesthetics.
• Manage & Review documentation and drawings production to meet project schedules and the client’s expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• 7+ years of professional experience with multi-project exposure
• Proficiency in BIM and advanced design tools.
