Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate must have strong site exposure, subcontractor management experience, and proven involvement in high-rise tower projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in the UAE construction industry
• Proven completion of at least one High-Rise Tower Project (G+30 floors or above)
• Strong hands-on experience on construction sites
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction standards
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural execution of high-rise projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
• Review shop drawings and material submissions
• Support project timelines and quality standards
