Senior Architect

Experience Required: 5-8 years

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using different tools, seeking a Senior Architect with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and delivering architectural solutions. The role involves leading project design, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
Lead project design from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Review and approve design documents, materials, and construction methods.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

5–8 years of proven architectural design and project delivery experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
