Senior Architect

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the client’s vision. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative excellence, technical expertise, and strong leadership capabilities, contributing to the continued success and reputation of Imperium Group.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct and manage the design development process for high-end architectural projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

· Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.

· Oversee the preparation of conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documentation.

· Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and international codes and standards.

· Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and key decision-making meetings with stakeholders.

· Provide technical oversight during site execution to ensure design fidelity and quality control.

· Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

· Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts when required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

· Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior or lead role.

· Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-end projects from concept to completion.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; expertise in rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape is preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· In-depth understanding of local UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and regional market trends.

· A well-curated portfolio showcasing design capability, technical documentation, and project management experience.
