CERP Learning Hub is seeking a Senior Associate to work directly with the Learning Hub team. The Senior Associate will
lead curriculum and pedagogy design
, collaborate with leading faculty members, and
manage large-scale projects
from conception to implementation with a wide range of stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating outreach efforts and delivering trainings, workshops, and policy dialogues for diverse audiences, including public- and private-sector professionals, development practitioners, policy researchers, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of
economics, quantitative and qualitative analysis, pedagogy, interpersonal & communications skills
and should be passionate about working with cross-functional groups to drive large-scale impact in Pakistan’s development sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead curriculum and pedagogy design for a diverse portfolio of capacity building trainings, workshops and learning events for the public, not-for-profit, and private sector.

Lead the design and development of a portfolio of case studies based on research projects at CERP. These case studies will be designed as policy dissemination tools, teaching aid and/or outreach material for the vertical.

Provide critical operational and analytical support for the design and implementation of training plans, leveraging expertise in economics, analytics, and education.

Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the impact of the Learning Hub.

Support work streams to ensure efficient execution of project deliverables.

Coordinate outreach efforts to engage participants and stakeholders effectively.

Facilitate trainings, workshops, and meetings to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Exploring and submitting opportunities/grant proposals (ex. RFPs, EOIs, other proposals) for the Learning Hub to expand its reach and network of capacity building.

Writing detailed proposals about relevant training offerings for a wide variety of partners/clients/collaborators.

Apply research and evidence using data, research methods, and critical thinking to inform and design learning programs.
Skills required:

Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and pedagogical methodologies

Experience in preparing instructional materials and lesson plans

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy/Administration, Education, Political Science, etc from a reputable university.

3-4 years of relevant work experience
