JobPurpose
This role is responsible for keeping the organization aware of new rules and regulations and processing the organization’s related government documents in a timely manner.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in public relations or a related field is required.
Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in government and public relations is required.

Processing of Employee related visa renewal, issuance, and cancellation.

Timely renewal of the organization trade license.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
Liaison with Regulatory Authorities
-
Liaising with UAE regulatory and other governmental entities to ensure effective and expedient communication, whilst building strong relationships.

Transmitting and receiving information from governmental authorities, and correctly respond to related demands.
Communication
-
Collecting and giving regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to update and inform the executive/senior executive for any changes in procedures and rules.
Documentation
-
Processing and clearing the required documents from the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization.

Submitting, following-up and gathering all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.

Renewing, updating, and keeping up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time.

Ensuring organization trade licenses is updated, follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.

Converting important papers into Arabic and English as required.

Maintaining Employee filling, archiving, and document controlling.
