Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Team to lead and oversee the operations of our Bookkeeping office. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing a team 4 employees while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, client relations, while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various functions, specialized on bookkeeping and administrative support.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback to all team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and morale.

Operations Management

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage resources, including budgets, software, and infrastructure.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for tax, audit, and bookkeeping services.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and accuracy in service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and operations accordingly.

Qualifications and SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a Bookkeeping role.
  • Must be Arabic Nationality

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and operational efficiency.
