Axis Accountants Ltd is UK based firm of Accountants and Auditors, we provide accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, auditing and consultancy services to SME businesses across the UK..

We are registered with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A successful candidate will be joining our growing team in Pakistan.

Job Description:

Must be able to:

• Lead, manage and assist with audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Identify audit risks and develop appropriate audit strategies.
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit documentation and working papers to a high professional standard.
• Record business transactions (sales, purchases & expenses)
• Record bank transactions including credit cards
• Perform bank reconciliations including credit card
• Perform trade receivables and payables reconciliations
• Complete VAT returns.
• Complete month end working papers
• Develop process documentation to increase efficiency
• Complete monthly management packs.
• Prepare and finalize of year-end accounts of Sole traders, partnerships, LLP, Limited companies, and Financial and corporate reporting according to the (UK GAAPs) and Financial reporting standards for small and medium size enterprises.
• Yearly personal tax returns for UK clients.

What are we looking for?

You must have ALL below skills to qualify for an interview.

• ACCA/CA qualified or finalist
• Relevant auditing experience of minimum 2-4 years.
• Must be residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
• Right attitude and eagerness to learn
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Knowledge of Xero, QBO and Excel as advantage.

Office Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs80,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month (Depending upon the experience)

Experience:

• At least 2 year UK-based Accounting firm or Pakistani firm of chartered accountant and worked as audit assistant.
