Senior Barista

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverage items according to company standards.
• Lead, supervise, and support baristas during shifts.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the coffee bar.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Train new baristas and provide ongoing coaching on coffee techniques and service.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of all coffee machines and equipment.
• Implement and follow all food safety and HACCP standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering of bar-related items.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency.
