SENIOR BARISTA

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Perform daily calibration and proper use of coffee machines and grinders

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• Build rapport with regular guests and promote a welcoming café environment

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and support junior baristas and new hires
• Assist in training staff on coffee preparation, equipment use, and service standards
• Lead by example during peak hours

Operations & Inventory

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bar supplies
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and workstations

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local food safety regulations
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
