Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new relationships with funds, trading firms and other institutions.
  • Define and iterate the go-to-market strategy for credit products, including terms, eligible collateral, and use cases (e.g., market making, arbitrage, yield farming).
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from outreach and pitch through due diligence, term sheet negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion.
  • Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with exchanges, custodians, OTC desks, and other partners.
  • Work closely with credit risk, legal, compliance, and product teams to compliance with internal risk frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends, credit markets, and regulatory developments to ensure competitiveness of our offerings.
  • Take responsibility for managing personal pipelines and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, credit sales, or its equivalent, ideally within a crypto-native environment.
  • Deep knowledge of digital asset lending, margin/leverage mechanisms, and Web3 capital flows.
  • Proven success in originating and closing institutional credit deals.
  • Established network of institutional counterparties, including funds, trading firms and other institutions.
