Senior BDE (Upwork)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing both individual and agency profiles, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring optimal account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize individual & agency Upwork profiles.
• Generate qualified leads and build strong client relationships.
• Submit tailored, high-conversion proposals to meet client needs.
• Monitor job pipelines, manage follow-ups, and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with Upwork terms and maintain excellent account health.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track and report performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years proven experience on Upwork (individual & agency profiles).
• Hands-on experience managing overseas/international Upwork accounts.
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and platform best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
