Senior Bidder

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Write customized, compelling, and conversion-focused proposals and offers.
  • Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for scope clarity.
  • Maintain and manage leads, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations.
  • Track bidding activity and monitor response and conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and project conversion targets.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Strong proposal writing and professional communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT services and project scopes.
  • Ability to identify genuine and relevant job postings.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr policies and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-up management.

Platform-Specific Expectations

  • Strong understanding of Upwork and Fiverr bidding strategies and algorithms.
  • Ability to write personalized proposals that improve response rates.
  • Experience managing leads and tracking monthly performance targets.
  • Ability to coordinate efficiently with internal technical teams for accurate proposals

  • Afternoon - 1.00Pm to 10.00Pm
  • Working Days - Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
  • Office Days - Monday to Wednesday
  • Work From Home Days - Thursday & Friday
  • Location - Gulshan E Iqbal - Block 6
