What You’ll Be Doing
- Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Write customized, compelling, and conversion-focused proposals and offers.
- Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for scope clarity.
- Maintain and manage leads, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations.
- Track bidding activity and monitor response and conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and project conversion targets.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Strong proposal writing and professional communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT services and project scopes.
- Ability to identify genuine and relevant job postings.
- Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr policies and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-up management.
