Senior BIM Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Manager to lead our BIM initiatives and enhance project delivery through cutting-edge Building Information Modeling technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM processes, coordinating across various disciplines, and ensuring that all BIM models meet project requirements and company standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of BIM workflows and strong leadership skills to drive BIM adoption and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of BIM experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience within the social infrastructure sector is advantageous.
