The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility alongside meaningful client interaction and ownership.

This position is much more than transactional bookkeeping. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping manage their financial operations while building trusted, long-term relationships. You’ll also collaborate internally to improve systems, maintain accuracy, and support the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a dedicated portfolio of client accounts
• Complete monthly reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements
• Record journal entries and assist with payroll-related processes
• Maintain accounting systems and ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Communicate directly with clients to support their ongoing financial needs
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and operational systems

Qualifications

• Strong QuickBooks experience is required
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable managing client relationships and communicating professionally
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and grow within a fast-moving environment
