We are seeking a Senior Brand Communication & Presentation Strategist (For Night Shift) who leads with strategy, audience understanding, and narrative thinking, not just design execution.

This role is centered on client-facing communication: building pitch decks, sales presentations, proposals, and executive narratives that influence decisions, win trust, and clearly articulate value. You will be responsible for what we say, how we say it, and why it works, before any visuals are applied.

You are a strategic storyteller who understands business objectives, buyer psychology, and competitive positioning, and can translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and conversion-driven presentations.

Core Focus of the Role

  • Client pitch decks & sales presentations
  • Proposal narratives & executive storytelling
  • Brand positioning & value articulation
  • Strategic messaging for decision-makers (CXOs, founders, procurement teams)

Design execution supports the strategy, not the other way around.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Pitch & Client Communication

  • Own the strategy and narrative development for pitch decks, proposals, company profiles, and client presentations.
  • Build clear story arcs: problem → insight → solution → value → differentiation → proof → call to action.
  • Create client-centric messaging that directly addresses pain points, objections, decision criteria, and buying psychology.
  • Develop strong value propositions, positioning statements, service narratives, and competitive angles tailored for each pitch.
  • Ensure every presentation answers one core question:
  • “Why should this client choose us?”

2. Messaging, Copy & Narrative Development

  • Write sharp, persuasive, and business-focused content for:
  • Pitch decks
  • Proposals & RFP responses
  • Sales presentations
  • Brand & capability decks
  • Translate complex, technical, or operational information into simple, benefit-driven language.
  • Establish message hierarchy, what must be understood first, what supports it, and what drives action.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and positioning across all client-facing material.

3. Research, Insight & Positioning

  • Research:
  • Client industry & business model
  • Competitors & alternatives
  • Market trends & communication patterns
  • Buyer psychology and decision triggers
  • Use insights to:
  • Strengthen pitch strategy
  • Sharpen differentiation
  • Improve conversion effectiveness
  • Audit existing decks and proposals and recommend strategic improvements, not just visual tweaks.

4. Presentation Structure & Visual Logic (Design as Support)

  • Define content flow and slide logic before design begins.
  • Ensure presentations are:
  • Easy to follow
  • Executive-friendly
  • Structured for persuasion, not decoration
  • Guide visual hierarchy, layout clarity, and simplicity to support the narrative.
  • Personally execute or refine slides using:
  • PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva
  • Basic to intermediate Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Design quality matters, but clarity, strategy, and impact matter more.

5. Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with:
  • Sales teams (to align pitches with deal strategy)
  • Founders & leadership (for executive narratives)
  • Marketing & technical teams (to extract insights and facts)
  • Lead projects end-to-end: research → strategy → content → presentation.
  • Manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years in:
  • Brand communication

  • Client-facing content roles
  • Strong command of:
  • Strategic messaging
  • Narrative frameworks
  • Brand positioning
  • B2B persuasion principles
  • Exceptional writing skills for business and decision-maker audiences.
  • Ability to think like a client, buyer, and evaluator.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Content hierarchy
  • Slide logic
  • Visual communication fundamentals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
