Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst(s) to join our Digital Development Team at Coral Travel Group. As part of this team, you will act as the bridge between business units and either in-house software development teams or external partner technology firms delivering digital solutions. Your role will ensure that all business requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and managed effectively from initiation to go-live.

Key Qualifications;

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles, preferably in digital transformation or software development projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Industrial/Electronics Engineering, Informatics, MIS, or similar fields
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and pre-analysis for business and digital projects
• Experience in assessing multi-country applicability for business requirements and digital solutions
• General knowledge of software development processes and project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent platforms
• Experience in preparing test scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Strong analytical thinking , problem-solving , and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required

Responsibilities;

• Work as a member of the Digital Development Team , acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and either in-house software development teams or external partner technology firms
• Conduct scope and pre-analysis studies for incoming business demands, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives before development begins
• Evaluate the multi-country applicability of business demands to ensure scalability and alignment across regions
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and guiding business units throughout the process
• Monitor the entire process from initial demand to go-live , ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
• Identify and report risks, delays, or issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate smooth communication between business units, development teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery
