Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to partner with our clients in the
insurance industry
. The ideal candidate will bring
8+ years of experience
in business analysis, with a strong understanding of
insurance processes and systems
, and the adaptability to explore and support new business domains when required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.

Documentation:
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

Process Optimization:
Assess existing business processes and system workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Testing & Validation:
Partner with QA teams to verify that deliverables meet business requirements and maintain high quality standards.

User Support & Training:
Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Change Management & Communication

Project Management Office (PMO):
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a trusted liaison between business and technical teams, aligning project goals and addressing stakeholder expectations.

Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze business data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Required

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years as a Business Analyst, with proven exposure to the
insurance industry
(highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of business analysis tools such as
JIRA
and
Confluence
, with hands-on experience in
Agile
environments.

Analytical Ability:
Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple stakeholder levels.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science
, or a related field.
