Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to lead business analysis initiatives, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working on large-scale, cross-functional, and enterprise-level projects.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in creating business process models, use cases, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and documentation software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
