We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
with a minimum of
10 years of professional experience
to lead business analysis initiatives, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.

Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

Collaborate with IT, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Proven experience working on large-scale, cross-functional, and enterprise-level projects.

Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
