Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by creating compelling proposals, assisting in pre-sales activities, and delivering in-depth knowledge of our products and services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between client needs and the solutions we offer, ensuring a seamless experience from proposal to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, tailored proposals that outline our products and solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our company strategic goals and address the needs of potential clients.
  • Act as the liaison between the sales team and clients by providing technical and business insights. Support the sales team in client presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to ensure clients understand how our solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions for potential clients, explaining the features, benefits, and applications of our products. Ensure that clients are fully informed about how to use our solutions effectively to meet their business goals.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and translate these into actionable insights. Provide solutions that enhance the client’s operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and timely insights to clients and the business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project updates. Provide regular feedback to the team on the progress of client engagements and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
  • Experience in pre-sales and client-facing roles, with a deep understanding of products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of telecom industry trends and technologies.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business analysis tools.
  • Previous experience working with sales teams to close deals and drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
