Senior Business Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Developer for our software firm. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industry as well as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role, with a proven track record of winning projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industries and project types, and the ability to create accurate and compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

l Analyze project requirements and create tailored, persuasive proposals on multiple profiles.

l Highlight relevant skills and past projects to build client credibility.

l Demonstrate how our services can effectively address client needs.

l Requirement gathering and analysis.

l Building proposals.

l Communicate promptly and professionally with clients.

l Respond to inquiries and clarify doubts.

l Build trust with clients through expertise and genuine interest in their projects.

l Keep organized records of bids, communications, and project details.

l Bid on Upwork, Freelancer

and other platforms to generate new business.

l Track bid success and project conversion rates.

Qualifications:

l Strong understanding of various industries and client requirements.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

l Maximum 2-3 years of industrial experience.

l Familiarity with Upwork's platform and best practices.

l Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

l Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple bids.

l Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
